1. Controller
The controller of the smolna13.pl website is Unity Marta Piechota, NIP 1133186292, ul. Smolna 13 lokal 404, 00-375 Warszawa, Poland. Contact: kontakt@smolna13.pl.
2. Booking form
The website does not store the data you type into the form and does not send it to any server. When you click “Send via WhatsApp”, your browser builds a message from it and opens WhatsApp (a Meta service). The message only reaches us when you send it yourself in WhatsApp. From that moment WhatsApp’s privacy rules apply.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Your theme choice (Day / Night) is saved only in your browser’s storage (localStorage) so the site remembers it on your next visit. You can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
4. External services and links
Fonts are served from our own server, without connecting to Google Fonts. The website contains links to external services: Google Maps (the “Directions” link), Instagram and WhatsApp. When you click such a link you go to another company’s service, which processes data under its own rules.
5. Contact
For privacy questions, write to us at kontakt@smolna13.pl.
